Securely wrap the ACM and cushion it inside a sturdy box. Include your order number, phone and email, return address, specific issues, and vehicle year, make, and model. Send the complete unit and do not take it apart.
Most repairs take 1 business day after arrival. We then ship your ACM back.
After your repair
This repair service is backed by a lifetime limited warranty. If the audio control functions of the ACM fail again under normal use, we will repair it again at no charge. The warranty is non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover failures caused by liquid damage, fire, physical impact, tampering, incorrect installation, vehicle wiring faults, or external shorts. Shipping damage is handled by the carrier when the package is properly insured.
If catastrophic damage or missing components prevent repair, we will contact you with options. A diagnostic or handling fee and return shipping may apply.
