This mail-in repair service is for the original Audio Control Module (ACM) in your 2009 to 2014 Ford F-150. We repair power, sound, and reception faults at the board level, then return your original module so it goes back in without the programming issues that come with swapping modules.
You send us your ACM. We repair and return it. This service does not include a replacement radio.

This repair service is backed by a lifetime limited warranty. If the audio control functions of the ACM fail again under normal use, we will repair it again at no charge. The warranty is non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover failures caused by liquid damage, fire, physical impact, tampering, incorrect installation, vehicle wiring faults, or external shorts. Shipping damage is handled by the carrier when the package is properly insured.
If catastrophic damage or missing components prevent repair, we will contact you with options. A diagnostic or handling fee and return shipping may apply.
