We repair power, sound, and reception faults at the board level, then return your original radio so it goes back in without the programming and security issues that come with a replacement.
You send us your radio. We repair and return it. This service does not include a replacement radio.

After your repair
This repair service is backed by a lifetime limited warranty. If the audio control functions of the radio fail again under normal use, we will repair it again at no charge. The warranty is tied to your vehicle and is non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover failures caused by liquid damage, fire, physical impact, tampering, incorrect installation, vehicle wiring faults, or external shorts. Shipping damage is handled by the carrier when the package is properly insured.
If catastrophic damage or missing components prevent repair, we will contact you with options. A diagnostic or handling fee and return shipping may apply.
