This mail-in repair service is for the original overhead console LCD display in your 2004, 2005, 2006, or 2007 Mercury Monterey. Instead of swapping in a used part that may fail again, we repair the root cause of the circuit board faults that make the compass and temperature display dim, flicker, or go blank. We use upgraded components that exceed the original manufacturer’s specifications, so your display remains bright and reliable for the life of the vehicle.
You send us your overhead display. We repair and return it. This service does not include a replacement console.

The warranty does not cover failures caused by liquid damage, fire, physical impact, tampering, incorrect installation, vehicle wiring faults, or external shorts. Shipping damage is handled by the carrier when the package is properly insured.
If catastrophic damage or missing components prevent repair, we will contact you with options. A diagnostic or handling fee and return shipping may apply.
