After your repair
This repair service is backed by a lifetime limited warranty. If the audio control functions of the ACM fail again under normal use, we will repair it again at no charge. The warranty is non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover failures caused by liquid damage, fire, physical impact, tampering, incorrect installation, vehicle wiring faults, or external shorts. Shipping damage is handled by the carrier when the package is properly insured.
If catastrophic damage or missing components prevent repair, we will contact you with options. A diagnostic or handling fee and return shipping may apply.

ACM-related loss of volume or source control is included in the faults covered by this service. A damaged external switch, wiring fault, or problem in another module needs separate diagnosis; the symptom alone does not identify the cause.
