Check whether the complaint is electronic or mechanical. No sound, poor reception, popping, or a radio that will not power on may be ACM-related. A disc stuck in the CD mechanism is a different repair and is not covered here. Describe both symptoms if your Flex has more than one problem so the service expectations are clear before shipping.

Securely wrap the ACM and cushion it inside a sturdy box. Include your order number, phone and email, return address, specific issues, and vehicle year, make, and model. Send the complete unit and do not take it apart.
Most repairs take 1 business day after arrival. We then ship your ACM back.
After your repair
This repair service is backed by a lifetime limited warranty. If the audio control functions of the ACM fail again under normal use, we will repair it again at no charge. The warranty is non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover failures caused by liquid damage, fire, physical impact, tampering, incorrect installation, vehicle wiring faults, or external shorts. Shipping damage is handled by the carrier when the package is properly insured.
If catastrophic damage or missing components prevent repair, we will contact you with options. A diagnostic or handling fee and return shipping may apply.

No. Mechanical CD loading, reading, and ejecting faults are outside this service. We repair the ACM’s covered power, audio, control, and reception faults. Ask us before ordering if the CD mechanism is the main problem.
No. The unit you send is the unit we repair and return. We do not choose a replacement by appearance or substitute a module from another vehicle as part of this service.
No. We repair and return your original ACM, so it goes back in without the programming required when fitting a different unit.
Repairs typically take 1 business day after your ACM arrives. Shipping time to and from our facility is additional.
No. Wiring, speakers, external amplifiers, and other modules need their own diagnosis. Tell us which sources and controls work, and contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether the ACM is responsible.
