This mail-in repair service is for the factory instrument cluster in 2005 to 2009 Ford Mustang S197 models, including V6, GT, Bullitt, and Shelby GT500. We repair gauge, display, and power faults, then return your original cluster with its mileage unchanged and your existing keys still working.
You send us your cluster. We repair and return it. This service does not include a replacement cluster.

We replace all of the gauge stepper motors with new upgraded units to address sticking, erratic, or dead gauges.
We replace critical power supply components and reflow cracked or cold solder joints.
We calibrate the gauges and run a full bench test on OE-grade test equipment before returning it to you.

After your repair
This service is backed by a lifetime limited warranty covering the parts we replace and our workmanship. If the same symptom returns under normal use, we will repair the cluster at no charge.
Damage from liquid, fire, corrosion, impact, tampering, prior severe DIY or third-party damage, incorrect installation, vehicle wiring faults, or other external causes is not covered. Shipping damage is handled by the carrier when the package is properly insured.
If we find excessive damage or missing parts, including damage from prior DIY or third-party repair attempts, we will contact you with options and any revised pricing before proceeding. A diagnostic or handling fee and return shipping may apply.
