Coverage:

This service is backed by a LIFETIME limited warranty covering the parts we replace and our workmanship. If the same symptom returns within the warranty period under normal use, we will repair the cluster at no charge.

Exclusions:

Damage from liquid, fire, corrosion, impact, tampering, prior severe DIY/third‑party damage, incorrect installation, vehicle wiring faults, or external causes is not covered. Shipping damage is covered by the carrier if the package is properly insured.

Returns/Non‑Repairable Units:

If a unit is non‑repairable due to catastrophic damage or missing components, we’ll contact you with options. A diagnostic/handling fee and return shipping may apply.
