This mail-in repair service is for the factory instrument cluster in 2003 to 2018 Volvo VNL trucks. We repair gauge, backlight, chime, and power faults, then return your original cluster with its mileage and hour data unchanged.
You send us your cluster. We repair and return it. This service does not include a replacement cluster.

We replace the backlight bulbs or LEDs so the cluster lights evenly.
We reflow cracked or cold solder joints, replace failing power components, and inspect and reinforce the connector pins.
We test the warning speaker or chime and repair or replace it where equipped.
We calibrate each gauge to factory specifications on OE-grade equipment and run a full bench test before returning it to you.

After your repair
This service is backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering the parts we replace and our workmanship. If the same symptom returns within the warranty period under normal use, we will repair the cluster at no charge.
Damage from liquid, fire, corrosion, impact, tampering, prior severe DIY or third-party damage, incorrect installation, vehicle wiring faults, or other external causes is not covered. Shipping damage is handled by the carrier when the package is properly insured.
If we find excessive damage or missing parts, including damage from prior DIY or third-party repair attempts, we will contact you with options and any revised pricing before proceeding. A diagnostic or handling fee and return shipping may apply.
