This mail-in repair service is for the factory instrument cluster in your 2003, 2004, 2005, or 2006 Chevrolet Silverado. We repair gauge, display, and power faults, then return your original cluster ready to reinstall. We rebuild it with upgraded components to better than new condition, a permanent fix with reliability that exceeds the original factory specifications.
You send us your cluster. We repair and return it. This service does not include a replacement cluster.

We replace all 7 stepper motors with better-than-OEM motors, a permanent fix for sticking, inaccurate, or nonworking gauges.
We restore faulty solder connections with aerospace-grade solder and replace the power supply components behind cluster failures.
We calibrate the gauges on OEM diagnostic equipment and check the repaired cluster’s operation before returning it to you.

Upgrade your dash with our 360-degree distribution LEDs. They eliminate the uneven lighting and hot spots of standard directional LEDs, so every gauge, display, and indicator is evenly lit. LEDs run significantly cooler than factory incandescent bulbs, last over 50,000 hours, and dramatically improve nighttime visibility. Select your color in the options above. The LED upgrade is $40 in any color.
Add a transmission temperature gauge with an OEM-style faceplate and calibration. Contact us to confirm suitability for your truck.

After your repair
This service is backed by a lifetime limited warranty. If the instrument cluster fails again under normal use, we will repair the cluster at no charge.
Damage from liquid, fire, corrosion, impact, tampering, prior severe DIY or third-party damage, incorrect installation, vehicle wiring faults, or other external causes is not covered. Shipping damage is handled by the carrier when the package is properly insured.
If catastrophic damage or missing components prevent repair, we will contact you with options. A diagnostic or handling fee and return shipping may apply.
