This mail-in repair service is for the original Front Electronic Module (FEM) in your 2002, 2003, 2004, or 2005 Ford Thunderbird. The FEM manages lighting, wiper, window, horn, and convertible top functions. We repair your existing module, which stays coded to your car, so it goes back in without dealership programming.
You send us your FEM. We repair and return it. This service does not include a replacement module.

After your repair
This repair service is backed by a 2-year limited warranty. If the FEM fails again under normal use, we will repair it again at no charge. The warranty is non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover failures caused by liquid damage, fire, physical impact, tampering, incorrect installation, vehicle wiring faults, or external shorts. Shipping damage is handled by the carrier when the package is properly insured.
If catastrophic damage or missing components prevent repair, we will contact you with options. A diagnostic or handling fee and return shipping may apply.
